    We accept Bank Transfer, Cash on Delivery via LBC (requires a ₱500 downpayment per order), and Cash on Pickup at our office.

    For pickup orders, please contact our customer service to confirm time of pickup.

    Once your order is shipped, our customer service team will send a tracking update via SMS, Email, or Facebook Messenger so you can monitor your package.

  • What is your return policy for shoes?

    We do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if you need to change your size, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. If your preferred size is unavailable, we can issue store credit.
